Mixed Levels Yoga Flow Classes on Facebook Live!
Join me for 6 weeks of: flowing sun salutations, standing poses, balance poses, and fun yoga sequences to build strength and flexibility. We’ll end every class with a relaxing lying-down meditation for peace of mind, so you can go on with your day feeling calm and powerful.

- Every Monday, at 5:30pm (Central Time), I will be Live in our private Facebook Group, teaching a one-hour Mixed Levels Yoga Flow class.
- You can attend Live with me or watch the replay inside our Facebook Group whenever is convenient for you.
